To mark the 10th anniversary of the KAKEHASHI Project under the Japan Friendship Ties Programs launched in 2015, we are pleased to present this digital 10th Anniversary Commemorative Booklet, MY KAKEHASHI STORY.

This commemorative publication features contributions from 102 individuals, including project stakeholders and alumni who have been involved in the KAKEHASHI Project over the years. Through a wide range of perspectives, they reflect on how their experiences in Japan have shaped their lives, careers, and dreams for the future. 

Through each personal story, readers are invited to rediscover the significance of international exchange and the deep bonds of trust and friendship that have been forged between Japan and North America. 

These stories vividly illustrate the strength of the KAKEHASHI Project community, the enduring efforts to foster mutual understanding and friendship, and the spirit of the project that continues to be passed on to this day.
