This winter’s Potluck Party for International Students

Asia Africa International Student Service

JICE hosted a potluck party for the international students living in the Kanto area on two occasions: January 22nd and February 12th, 2016.A total of nearly 130 students and the JICE staff attended them and enjoyed a variety of international dishes brought by the participants while dancing to the traditional music together.
We hope that these events provided participants with an opportunity to form a new network beyond nationalities and scholarship categories through sharing their study experiences in Japan and their life and ideas of the home countries. We also expect such networking will be a step forward to develop mutual cooperation among their countries in the future.
JICE will continue to support the international students through organizing beneficial events such as this to enrich their life in Japan.
